Most excellent!! I live in Western New York state and will be attending a local town board meeting tomorrow night. The issue being debated is a local moratorium on franken-fracking. The town has been threatened with a lawsuit by a local gas driller, if it passes a ban or moratorium. Great to know we can successfully fight him!

The ruling is the first in New York to affirm local powers in the controversy over drilling in the Marcellus Shale, a gas deposit under a large area of New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio.

mf - all we needed was a first - FANTASTIC! Good luck tomorrow night. Take notes.
