Sponsored by state Sen. John Albers, R-Roswell, the proposal would also force lawmakers to "adopt and enact any and all measures that may become necessary to prevent the wrongful enforcement of any federal laws or regulations duly nullified within the boundaries and limits of this state."

.....and at the same time that occurs.. disrupt / end the money flow to the state from the taxpayers of this country...

Would it mean the end of their support from the Federal gov't, though - or would they still be receiving welfare from the rest of us even though they do not have to abide by the same laws as the rest of us?

As far as I am concerned .. if you are United with the rest of the country.. then you contribute to it as well as reap the benefits.. hmm something that they (Republicans) are against.. being united (unions) .

Also.. remember that the Laws in our government are enforced by the FBI within the states. Environmental (EPA).. etc.. so if they do not want to follow the Federal laws.. then they should be nullified completely.. One cannot go 1/2 arse.. it is all or nothing.

That is the way I feel it should be, but not sure if that is how it will work out, though.

I would pull all the help through the USDA, DOE, FBI, EPA, ..etc.. no federal laws.. see how long it will last..

Should Georgia waste time passing unconstitutional laws? Or is that the same question?

Wasting time and taxpayer's money in pulling crap like this that will take away from the most serious issues starting with jobs.. They are whining "We do not want to have the Feds in our business" waa waa.. but yet they benefit from it.. They do not have to be if they do not want to.. but if the Feds decided to pull out everything they benefit from.. wouldn't that be a pile of feces...
