Niess previously gave Walker 30 days to review the petitions - three times the 10 days allowed under state law.

Walker represents the right wing's agenda Poster Boy; that is why he must be re-called! If he was really committed to the Democratic Process, don't you think he would WELCOME the citizen's opportunity to confirm his agenda? But in typical right wing oppression; it's their way or NO way at all...

Why do Republicans hate DEMOCRACY so much....

They seem to be more comforted in a Dictatorship than a Democratic society.

Says someone who is in favor of usurping fair and free elections because their panties got in a wad and they cry like little babies, "Waaaaaaa I want a do over." You should be ashamed of your self and everyone like you.

ASSumption doesn't play well for many.. especially anyone on the wingnut side. Liars, cheats, warmongers..

The Republican-Teabagger-Hypocrite Party.. sums it up.

Why are you bringing up Barack Obama? He does fit all three very nicely. Thanks for pointing that out.

"Waaaaaaa I want a do over"

Isn't the Right to Divorce great? I'm willing to bet, those that oppose the re-call, have filed similar papers themselves, somewhere along the way...LOL: they sure are hard to get along with, aren't they?Seems they never learned the child-hood lesson of sharing!

SO, in typical right wing fashion, what's good for the Goose, is not good for the Gander! They are so exclusionary in their world view...long live the privilaged few; to hell with all others???

Isn't the Right to Divorce great?

Not even close to a correct analogy, not by a light-year. When I get a divorce, or a "do over" it does not negate millions of votes that preceded it. Right? When I get divorced it involves solely the participants and any children, no others are relevant. When you and your ilk attempt to usurp a fair and free election you are attempting to negate millions of voters that chose Walker, hence you and your ilk are despicable. There.

I think it is wonderful that WI has this state law and this is with in their state legal rights. It was meant to be used for exactly this type of abuse of power. So many states are stuck with their puppet and coping with buyers remorse since 2010.

So many states would get rid of the newly elected puppets if allowed. Get rid of Walker as fast as you can. It will take a long time to undo his damage. WI will be a head of the rest of us. WI has been an example that has giving us all hope.
