...and as religious groups continue to pound that wedge .. this is not a way to bring people closer.. more so , to divide us further... Separation !!!!!!!!!! Unless religious groups will be paying taxes.. which includes property taxes at the same rate that the community charges other business owners.

Par,

The GOP has an agenda to privatize roads, city services, and public schools (google charter schools) and funnel more taxpayers' money to the corporations of their choice.

This is just another move in their crusade of "trickle up" economics!

MoCowgirl,

While the buffoons for Presidential candidates of the GOP have the attention of many of the people, there should be an equal sight path towards individual states.. there are many Scott Walkers out there.

This is one of the reasons I left the church.. other than the hypocrisy of those who attend and those who stand at the pulpit.

It is also another example of what laws they wish to spread across the nation.. they haven't kept that a secret in following the law of God/Jesus, and put secondary the Constitution. These people (or dare I write 'people") .. would have others 'marching in step'.. which to me is no different than Hitler's dominance over Germany and many other countries...they are very dangerous because of their extremism.. such as Hitler..or any other Dictator...and the Church has had a rich history that would make the founding fathers fear that this new Continent might have the same unless they place wording in the Constitution to stop its power before it even started.

(couldn't sleep either, eh? ) ;)

I could sleep if I would just go to bed. I am so tired. I worked on getting paperwork together to file taxes and thought that I would just skim the headlines on NV to see what was going on...and had 700 articles on my tracker. I may just clear the tracker and start over later. LOL!

No tax dollars should go toward any religious school period, if they can't support themselves close the doors. Religion shouldn't be supported by any state of federal government period. We have idiots in office who just can't seem understand religion and government are not to be together period. As a tax payer I do not feel my money should go to any religious school or churches period.
