From a very specific 6:49-7:15am, motorists must keep within the 25mph speed limit.
It then switches to 45mph for just 37 minutes before returning to the slower limit at 7:52am.

#1 - Thu Feb 16, 2012 6:58 PM ESTI'm guessing someone went zooming by at aoubt 7:10 and claimed "no children where present" to avoid a ticket from a Speed Limit when children are present sign... so they made a sign corresponding to a schools class periods
