How else would you get customers to eat Haggis?

I can understand Cock-a-leekie or Mince an' Tatties, even roast Woodcock. And for desert? Rowan Jelly! Let me peek at yer Clootie Dumplin' lassie...

All joking aside, if this guy couldn't handle himself in a proffesional manner and has objectified the staff, he has missed the point of the 'kitch'. While the draw of the restraunt may be racey, such as Hooters, it is not implied that sexual favors or such language may be used in the work atmosphere. The company seems to have made a poor choice for a franchisee, manager or otherwise, and has not been accountable for this owners actions. Most franchises hold their owners accountable by interviewing customers, comment cards, Zagat ratings, food blogs and critics etc. There are no shortage of ways to keep tabs on an owner of your brand.
