“The results of our Reader’s Choice poll provide an intriguing glimpse at just how much cyclists love to ride – sometimes even preferring it to sex,” said a press release on the survey.
But then again, 50% of males said they'd also prefer to give up sex for a month rather than riding their bike.

Most of us know why a female bike is made without the bar.. but I do feel that it would be more advantageous for males not to have that bar.

With the religious fundamentalists dictating over the rights of our bodies now including the choice of available contraceptives… it might be wise if all women just stop having sex! Easy way to solve the contraceptives and abortion issue.
