(CN) - A kickball league encouraged its teams to play drunk, claims a member of the "Kicking Under the Influence" team, who says her collarbone was broken by a drunken player on the team "Drink 'Til They're Pretty."

The bottom line here in my opinion is if she knew that they "had a pattern and practice of actively encouraging the individual kickball players and teams to consume alcohol before, during and after the kickball games sponsored, operated, and controlled" and knew the people get drunk then she had a choice to play or not. This is why i do not play pool with indivuals who are visibly drunk, competition seems to bring out the worse in a drunk.
