We love covering the inspiring, wonderful, trailblazing women who changed the world in 2011. But we’d be lying if we said all women were great. Herein, The Jane Dough‘s (subjective of course) list of those 10 women who most made us cringe, wince and feel generally angry over the past year.

Michele Bachmann
She's the only current female presidential candidate, which is a shame, because she's practically anti-women. Not only is she vehemently anti-abortion, she has also openly said that she believes women should be submissive to their husbands.

These women are an embarrassment to the female gender.
Never mind the human race..

Michele Bachmann...?... I am ready to vote for her right now.
I know nothing of her but what was written in this eye opening article and really fellers... things could be much worse. LOL

Many wish she was in the lead .. like way ahead of the rest of the field.. That would be a Democrat's wet dream... a Republican's sterility

Come on now. Let's not be ugly about Kim. The rest I am on board with, but when they have Kim #1, that is definitely wrong. It's not like she is Palin or Bachman. I am truly shocked.

Jimmy - I would agree she is too far up the list.. maybe 25th or even 30th worse.. if one throws in ..actually throws up Nancy Grace..and a few others..

I concur on that. But she is hot, her butt is like a big mountain of pudding.

. But she is hot, her butt is like a big mountain of pudding.
I actually do not see the appeal.. but if you like that.. go for it.. I am more for the overall looks of a woman.. and if a detail 'sticks out' more than the other.. it detracts (for me) from that overall appeal.
I do not look for that cookie cutter type.. but I do not like when all the cookies end up in a certain area, and she emphasizes it ..

Tis the only thing I have in common with Sir Mix-a-Lot. I sadly admit it, and move forward. If it were not for that lovely rear end I would probably not be attracted at all. On the other hand, certain women on this list could be amazingly attractive and I would easily overlook them due to their sickening personalities.

I concur and unfortunatelyKim has little, but she also is not a total idiot like some of her peers. She is somewhere in the middle when I think of celebrity dip@!$%#s.

I'd agree to all of those, for sure. I would also like to add a few others... ;-)

Don't hold back Dowser.. you've peaked my interest..and I'm sure others are interested as well.. lol

Ok, in no particular order: Sarah Palin. Angelina Jolie. Snooki. Ann Coulter. Casey Anthony. Any woman who has abused or killed her children... Their moment of 'fame' should be limited to 2 minutes.

Shirley Phelps should have been number 1 instead of Kim K. Kim K. is merely a media who**. She hasn't hurt anything but her own reputation and credibility. Shirley and her ilk spread hate and encourage others to do the same. They disrupt funerals and do what ever and when ever to disrespect the fallen and promote homophobia.

But think about the message miss Kimmie is sending to those who are using her for a guide post; I think she is in fact hurting more than just herself. Use of the pebble/ripple analogy is warranted here. [imo]

The only message Kim sends to me has nothing to do with what she says or does, unless she agrees to do a shoot over at the Playboy mansion, then of course it would.
We've seen the worst of the human race let's hope the best pushes them all out of the way this year.

js - I would like to agree with that.. in part I do.. however, when one thinks the worse has come and we have survived.. there is always something worse than that waiting around the corner.

There are a lot of people that are changing their perspective now Par, and I see this as a positive light. It is strange that conversations were once very one sided and giving in was not going to happen, yet lately I've listened to talk that is much different than 6 months ago. Loyalty is strong but when those that are loyal find their heroes less than upstanding it makes them think and I find this very encouraging.

I would say 'betrayal' can be the final straw that breaks the camel's back.

Betrayal is tricky, Par, and not something to be casual about. Once it gets on a roll it can create disaster for the betrayer.

Yup.. they lose everything.. like playing a game of dominoes.. betray one.. they all start to fall

Of all of these women Shirley Phelps is the one I find the most despicable. I think the ugly she has descended to [along with her cohorts] is a vile low.

Yes, I'd agree with you there. In comparison, Kim K is peanuts in the gallery. That woman is the main show for vileness.
