A time out as I address Texans... I suggest.. I am sure many would like to also... That the Governors Texas elects.. have some basic understanding of what is going on.. along with at least a high school diploma and grades of a B or more.. and some college experience that is respectable. The last two Governors from Texas - Bush & Perry.. could put Laurel & Hardy, Abbott & Costello to shame.
