In the Natural Resources Committee, lawmakers were considering a bill that would give the governor authority to decide the route of any pipeline that crosses the state.

Oh, there's a cow and there's some land owned by someone who made a large contribution to my reelection PAC. I guess we need to put the pipeline through that homeless shelter and the orphanage.
