#1 - Sun Jul 17, 2011 12:47 PM EDTTheir registration as child sex offenders stems from a 2006 incident in St. Charles Township in which they, along with another man, took three people hostage at gunpoint after an alleged drug deal went bad. All three pleaded guilty to attempted aggravated kidnapping in 2008.
I missed something.
How does kidnapping at gunpoint = sex offender???????

What happens if a day care center moves in to her neighborhood? Are they required to move?
