A 16-year-old Arlington Heights boy told police he poisoned and killed three fish because he "didn't want to leave any witnesses," according to Arlington Heights police.

Don't anyone try to get this kid a psych evaluation without the parent's express written permission -- otherwise, the police and mental health community will be to blame for anything he does.
