Arizona Tragedy shooting victim arrested after making alleged 'death threat'

TUSCON, Ariz. -- One of the shooting victims from last weekend's rampage is now in hot water with police.

He was arrested during a town hall meeting.

James Eric Fuller, who was shot in the knee and the back, objected to something a tea party leader said during the forum.
