i'm one of those weirdos who dont like the chemicals in sunscreens on my skin. i've heard some of them cause the damage they are trying to prevent. anyway, since consuming more olive oil, green tea, and fish oil, i barely burn in the sun anymore. i'm not trying to bake in the sun or anything, but i noticed if my darker haired/skinned friends and i hang out on a sunny afternoon, they get more red than i do, and i'm blonde and fair. dont underestimate natural stuff!
