"Patient-centered outcomes research will give patients the information they need to talk with their doctors about their options for medical treatment," said AHRQ Director Carolyn M. Clancy, M.D. "The findings of this research also will strengthen our health care system by ensuring that the care that is delivered is based on the best possible evidence and informed decisions."

The best health care decision is to stay healthy and stay positive about life and keep out of the hands of the so called professional health care brigade as long as possible; who really wants to live in an old folkes home so stay young at heart and keep your heart and mind healthy.

To keep that good old car going you have to make sure the oil doesn,t clog up and its the same with us; - our blood flow is so important to the health of our heart and to minimise the chances of a stroke caused by cloged up blood not flowing properly.

Prevention is better then cure, and in England there is a healthy heart product that everyone who cares about their health and the health of their love ones should know about. Below is an article that says it better then me but I personally get so mad when I here about relatively young guys getting a heart attack or stroke caused by blood cloting:-

"DSM Nutritional Products is bringing a heart health-targeted tomato extract into the limelight for the first time at the Health Ingredients Europe trade show in Madrid, Spain this year."

"DSM licenses the ingredient called Fruitflow from UK start-up Provexis and is capitalising on the fact Fruitflow is to date the only nutrient to win a positive, proprietary science, article 13.5 claim from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)."

“Fruitflow fits well with our nutritional ingredients portfolio – it has strong science-backed evidence and targets one of the chief areas of concern for consumers – heart health,” said Will Black, vice president of new nutritional ingredients at DSM Nutritional Products."

"The EU-approved claim for Fruitflow tomato extract states: “Helps maintain normal platelet aggregation, which contributes to healthy blood flow.”"
