The study of any benefit to brain is at a very beginning stage. It needs more experiments. But the products' harmfulness is well proven. So follow which ever you like.

Between this and booze being good for my heart, I'm going to live forever. Is there anything about a mild fondness for painkillers preventing, I don't know, aging or something?

I don't know but it's gotta be good for something.

I need a study that tells me partying too late is gonna prevent cancer or something. That way my kids will shut the hell up and let me party on a school night.

You ever worry that you sound like a terrible mother, when you say things like that? It kinda cracks me up. Talking about booze and kids that should shut up... like you're nineteen, living alone with two babies in the kitchen while you're in the bedroom of your one room apartment smokin' meth with someone named Billy-Joe. :)

I wonder what meth is good for...

That was the goal. :)

Ya kinda. But the truth is I am lying in bed, watching the primary results, already did homework, already made dinner, no beer tonight (it's Tuesday) and will have the kids to school at 7:15 am.

So, if a bunch of strangers think I'm a bad mom and don't know I'm trying to be funny, I can live with that as long as my kids don't become serial killers or Republicans.

I wonder what meth is good for...

Chronic upper respiratory infections?

For sure--was just saying that it probably looks funny to strangers on the internet.

    serial killers or Republicans.

    True.

Ya I know I should be more careful, but that's not as much fun. Good thing there aren't many people out there tonight.

The funny thing is that I could totally say that same sentence to my kids and they would laugh at me. Sarcasm isn't easy to read. Never underestimate the power of tone and inflection.
