DHS-funded research classifies Discovery siege as terrorism
An environmentally driven attack on the headquarters of Discovery Communications Inc. in Silver Spring Md., last week qualified as an act of terrorism, concluded a report Monday from a research center funded by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
