what a coincidence par, I was just looking at this website

http://www.oasismontana.com/

while my email downloaded and here I have an invite from you about the same thing...(thanks!)

I have found that my electric supplier does not allow putting back into the grid, so, guess I gotta wait until that happens before I start spending a lot

I read your mind.. Telepathic.. lol

With wind/solar you can have a stand alone system.. which will help decrease your cost to the supplier instead of attaching to the grid...unless one is Larry Hagman who has solar arrays in a large enough scheme.. then I wouldn't worry about feeding back into the grid.. by the way he creates enough energy to supply 4-5 homes... saw that on the Ed Begley show.

My interest lies not only on solar arrays.. but on Vertical Axis Wind Turbines... I found out recently an order of Nuns who have crafts and their own farm stand... had installed a Wind Turbine in a town near me.. The regular wind turbines that we see pictured a lot unless you have like about a quarter million..and 3-4 other families ..if one has the space ..to get into..however.. one would have to check to see if that might be beneficial to do..

This may help.. Most companies will Not give $$ amounts .. but by contacting them and defining ones home.. what is home type.. electrical cost..how much one uses.. etc.. and most important whether where you are located would suffice.. not everyone can have a wind turbine...

Go down the list until you reach Vertical Axis .. because Many of us Cannot afford a 300-400 foot regular turbine.. just not in the cards unless you win a few million dollars and have the land for it..
