El Paso, Texas – U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials in El Paso are advising the traveling public that the final phase on the construction project at the southbound lanes at the Bridge of the Americas (BOTA) is slated to begin at midnight on August 24 and continue through August 27. The final series of speed bumps will be installed as part of the project.
