SIERRA VISTA - A young Sierra Vista mother has been arrested after giving birth to a drug-addicted baby.

Police arrested 26-year-old Tamara Austin Tuesday on suspicion of child abuse and neglect.

    But it would have been ok if she had been addicted to "legal" drugs cuz after all she would have been supporting corporate greed in that case.
