ICE officials said they don't keep statistics on how many illegal immigrants facing deportation proceedings have been convicted of drunken-driving offenses.
And since LE is "discouraged" from verifying if the drunk driver is illegal that makes it almost impossible to have any idea of how many illegals are arrested daily for DUI.
The only time it is "recorded" is when they finally kill someone.
DUI is a felony and should be an automatic deportation offense if the driver is in the US illegally...and citizenship should be verified on everyone who is arrested for drunk driving --- so there is no "racism".

As long as there isn't any uniformity from state to state.. there is a few that actually allow illegals to have a license.. Instead of allowing them to have.. how about detaining them and show them the door out of here?
