FRESNO, Calif. - A 39-year-old man from Ceres, Calif., was sentenced in U.S. District Court Friday to 15 years in prison for attempted sexual exploitation of a minor, the result of an investigation by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the U. S. Postal Inspection Service.

The term and sentence of "Supervised Release" is pure malarkey. Situations met with as much detail as this one should be enough for a life without parole sentence or worse. I'd say they need to find that 14 year old and hang this guy by his neck until he's dead. The world doesn't need to spend time or dime on trash like this -- we're better off with his kind dispatched from our planet.

I agree, people like this guy should never be released. Pedofiles can't be rehabilitated and will forever be a danger, lock them up permanently.

I believe in the death penalty for pedophiles.. one appeal.. motion carries.. death within 24 hours.
