NEW ORLEANS, LA—Anthony P. Maurer, age 60, a resident of Independence, Louisiana, pled guilty yesterday in federal court before U.S. Magistrate Alma L. Chasez to deprivation of rights under color of law, announced U.S. Attorney Jim Letten.
