The Houston FBI Bank Robbery Task Force is seeking the public's assistance in identifying the "Frugal Felon," suspected in at least two area bank robberies this month. The latest robbery happened at the 1st Convenience Bank located inside a Kroger at 12620 Woodforest Boulevard in Houston, Texas, on Saturday.
