Gerald Richards, of Monroe, Michigan, pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance and to distribute a controlled substance as well as aiding and abetting in the distribution of a controlled substance, United States Attorney Barbara L. McQuade announced today.

McQuade was joined in the announcement by Robert Corso, DEA Special Agent in Charge, and Andrew G. Arena, FBI Special Agent in Charge.
