San Francisco, CA – United States Marshal Federico Rocha of the Northern District of California announces the arrest of Maurice Baldwin. The U.S. Marshals Service New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Baldwin, 31, Thursday in East Orange, N.J., without incident. Baldwin is awaiting extradition back to San Pablo, California
