NEW ORLEANS, LA—DR. GREGORY KHOURY, age 55, a resident of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was charged by a Federal Grand Jury sitting in New Orleans in a superseding indictment adding 10 additional charges of health care fraud to the original indictment returned on November 12, 2009, announced U.S. Attorney Jim Letten.
