LOUISVILLE, KY—United States Attorney Candace G. Hill of the Western District of Kentucky announced today that on February 18, 2010, Kevin Lamont Harris, age 47, of Louisville, Kentucky, in Jefferson County, pled guilty to charges of conspiracy to defraud the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), submitting a false writing to HUD, and wire fraud, all relating to disbursement of grant funds for the development of the Maupin School by the Shiloh Community Renewal Center into a senior living center.
