LIFE begins at 40? It's a fantasy, say a staggering 28 per cent of women who have stopped having sex long by then.
A dispiriting new survey paints a bleak picture among the over-35s – but spare a thought for the poor lasses in Scotland, where 38 per cent snuggle up with a book not a bloke.
For those still enjoying a love life, it seems children put a damper on proceedings. Only 12 per cent of women with one offspring had fulfilling sex when they got the chance to make love, down from 41 per cent of childless women who regularly had an orgasm with their partner.
