Sounds to me ,like a good way to have the drug dogs on one side of town ,while they hauled ten times as much dope through town .
There was an ex-coworker from a dozen years ago .Who told how he would soak marijuana in water ,in a spray bottle .Then spray the water on the side of a car .While the police had him stopped to search his car .Another car would drive through on another road with the dope. After they got through ,all he had to do is take it to a car wash .
He was one of those people ,who was from the dark side .Someone you didn't become friends with .
