#5 - Thu Dec 24, 2009 1:11 PM ESTI have a policy in my home... groceries bought are those that are easy for a person to make their own .. we get cheese, bread, eggs, butter, milk, etc.. if you want something for dinner.. make a toasted cheese.. or fried egg sandwiches.. once a week or twice.. I will make a dinner... if you're not around.. there is a microwave.. no one in my house waits on or for another... and no very large meals.. if it takes more than 1/2 hour to prepare than we save that stuff for occasions.
The meals I create - take less than 15 minutes.. and maybe another 30 minutes to cook.. that's it. No special meals if someone doesn't like it.. there is cheese and eggs.. make something for yourself.. there is also cereal.. have fun with it.. no muss no fuss.. you don't eat.. that's your thing.. go with it.
