(Memphis 12/18/2009) Lucilo Perez was going to make it Memphis for Christmas no matter what the cost. Police say he asked a Florida cab driver to drive him from Miami to this apartment complex on Stonewall Avenue in Memphis. The cab driver said the fee would be $3,000.
