First Capital Connect: irate train passenger writes angry complaint letter to management

The anonymous passenger compares the train's service to a poor restaurant he visits for lunch that served bad - but overpriced food - which harasses its customers and makes him late for an important afternoon meeting.

He also wrote that three security guards urinated on him as he tried to leave for his meeting – a claim he later says was made as a "metaphor" to his experience.
