A man in the UK who lived for a year without spending any money said today that it has been the happiest time of his life and he intends to continue.

Mark Boyle, 30, has lived for the past 12 months as a true 'freeconomist', leading a self-sufficient lifestyle in a caravan in Timsbury, near Bath, growing his own food and reusing junk that people have thrown away.

It must be nice to choose any lifestyle you want when one "does" have money.....like the great and wonderful scout he is.....lol - I have to laugh as he has all he "needs" to do this...what a joke really. Take away his caravan and his stuff to do what he's doing and see how he reacts....but I guess it must be fun or he wouldn't do it. I love to role play myself, but not if I don't have a backup....and he does. Sorry, just my opinion....Hek

I agree.. if you have the money .. and you want to pretend that he is poor that could be an adventure... for us without money.. how much fun do you suppose it would be to have the money so we can pretend to be rich?

Hi Par - good to see you, a joke really....but it must be nice to not have any responsibilities or FAMILY to worry about.....and what about the land he's squat-in on? Hmmmmm....I guess he has squatters rights as well, or did he pay rent in advance?

No doubt!!! How convienant and cozy and I suppose he wants to be called a "Hero" also....are you kidding me. If he really wants to be a hero, then he should help others.
