Connoisseurs describe turkey testicles as "chewy" and "rubbery."

Those brave enough to find out for themselves can have a taste Wednesday at this year's 27th annual Turkey Testicle Festival, hosted under a large white tent outside Parkside Pub in downtown Huntley.

The festival is held every Wednesday before Thanksgiving, drawing more than 4,000 people from 11 a.m. until midnight.
