THOUSAND OAKS-- Police are searching for a man they believe is responsible for more than 20 incidents of sexual assaults to female joggers.

In the most recent assault on November 6th at 8:25 p.m., a female was jogging in the area of Northwood Place and Mabrey Court in Thousand Oaks, when a male suspect jumped out and pushed her from behind, according to Detective Javier Chavez of the Thousand Oaks Police Department.

For the life of me I cannot understand what is in the minds of people these days.. What would give a person the notion to jog/run/walk alone?

IF one baits the hook, and they being the bait wouldn't it be obvious not to do any activity alone when there is someone dangerous out there? IT is always dangerous, whether they catch this perv or not, one does not place themselves in danger of 'anything' that might happen to them. Not much thinking is going on in this country anymore when we have women putting themselves in danger... maybe they should find a tank full of sharks and jump right in with an open bloody cut on them.. This is what they are doing for these pervs.

There will always be someone around to act out like that towards women/children... how many examples/lessons one must hear about/read about before their brain cells connect ?
