NORTH ANDOVER, Mass. -- A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the North Andover's purchasing director.

Joseph Lydeck is accused of stealing money from the town.

Lydeck allegedly has been selling surplus town property on E-bay, including police cruisers, fire equipment, and DPW trucks
