Voters at a town meeting in Dudley on Monday night added language to a town bylaw that makes it illegal to own more than three cats without a $50 residential kennel license. Dudley is about 60 miles southwest of Boston.
Animal Horders have made it necessary to pass these laws. It is for the protection of the animals that are so vulnerable to this type of abuse. A shame yes, but a sign of the times.
